"Customer service was excellent"
Customer service is everything! I was actually disappointed with part of my purchase ~ the image on the comforter was so out of focus it was awful. However, I heard back from a CSR within 24 hours of sending my initial email. She was kind, courteous, and offered me several solutions. The other part of my purchase was exactly as pictured and I love. I will definitely be shopping society6 in the future.

"Everything I ordered was shipped fast…"
Everything I ordered was shipped fast and even better quality than expected. I will be shopping here a lot more. Love the variety of gifts and love the art on here. The blanket I got was super soft and at a great price. The mug I got was also super accurate and bright in colors. Don’t let the lack of reviews fool you. I thought I was taking a risk ordering from here but it was totally worth it. Highly recommend this website for purchasing!!!

"Amazing customer service!"
Amazing customer service! I ordered 7 framed posters and one of the frames was different from the others and within 24hrs, someone wrote back not only confirming my refund for the incorrectly framed poster is on the way, but telling me to not worry about returning it and to keep or donate it!

Especially in a time like this pandemic, it's nice to know that some still want to do right by their neighbors. Thanks Society6. Truly second to none service.

Hello society6... i have two shops with your service, but am very frustrated because it takes so long to get a response when i ask a question. you really need to have a contact phone number so we can speak with a person if we have questions! i just uploaded two pieces into my shop - petunchkin designs - and am wondering why they are not appearing in my shop or coming up in the most direct search? are you having technical difficulties? how long does it take before i should see an uploaded piece appear in my shop or come up in a search?

How much you might pay for tax and duties in canada if you buy from this website? i want to order 3 cases for my iphone 6 and it adds up to $115 but im scared that i might end up paying around $160-$170 in total, taxes included when it gets to canada.
